Principality Stadium

For Mother's Day our lovely daughter and partner gifted me (and Hubby) a tour of the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. We have been very lucky to have been to a few rugby games here in the past, the atmosphere and sound is amazing.

Our tour included going right to the top to overlook the whole stadium, a visit to the royal box, a tour of the north and south changing rooms and a walk around the edge of the pitch.

The changing room looked amazing with all the shirts hanging in the players' places: Hubby sat in Alun Wyn Jones' seat.

It was quite a moment to walk out of the Welsh changing room through the doors and onto the pitch, they even had crowd news to add to the experience.

The stadium is huge, even bigger when you walk round it and look up at all the thousands of seats. I have great memories of watching rugby here.

It was a super gift, we were there nearly the length of a match with  the information from our knowledgeable guide mage it so interesting. Thank you Philippa and Michael.
